Customization Process:
Upon placing an order, you'll have a window of 48 hours to confirm the personalization details for your tumbler. This includes choosing the design, text, or any specific requests for your custom tumbler. Please ensure to check your messages within this time frame to avoid any delays. Failure to provide your customization details within 48 hours will result in the cancellation of your order and a full refund will be issued.

This is a stainless steel tumbler with sublimated design. All of the 6 tumbler is completely smooth. This does not have an epoxy finish as the ink is permanently adhered to the metal.

Each Tumbler are:

304 Food Grade Stainless Steel, Double-wall Vacuum Insulated

Cold up to 12 hours and Hot up to 6 hours.

BPA Free Splash-proof Lid

12oz Wine Tumblers: come with splash-proof lid, stainless steel straw and cleaning brush

12oz Sippy Cup: come with 2 splash-proof lids and plastic straw.

20oz Skinny Tumblers: come with splash-proof lid, stainless steel straw and cleaning brush

20oz Dual Skinny Tumblers: come with splash-proof lid so you can sip directly or sip with straw

30oz Skinny Tumblers: come with splash-proof lid, stainless steel straw and cleaning brush

40oz Travel Mug Tumblers: come with splash-proof lid and plastic straw

TUMBLER DISCLAIMER - These are handmade with love using a sublimation process, meaning that the ink transfuses to the tumbler itself. So, no fading, peeling or chipping, small imperfections (bubbles, waves, color mixing, specks) may be present, are normal, and are not considered defects. No two items will be identical!!! These tumblers should NEVER be washed in the dishwasher or soaked for extended periods of time.         HAND WASH ONLY!!
